You have 250 points to put into your stats. Based on your perks and milestones throughout the game, you will gain extra stat points that will be automatically inserted. You will also gain 25 stat points upon level-up, to be placed in whatever stats you want.
You are given 400 points to put into your skills, and they will also be increased by your stats, along with other skills, perks, and leveling up to gain more skill points. Leveling gives you 25 skill points.
Every 5 levels, you get +5 all stats, and all skills.
Note: A lot of the stats effect the same skills. When changing the levels of your skills, you may choose one stat to boost the skill. This is the case with all of them; the highest stat that effects that skill will boost it, and you will not boost it with all of them.
The boosting process is that you divide the level of the stat you want to use by 5, and add it to your skill. (Ex. Leon has 25 Strength, and 10 Taijutsu. Boosting Taijutsu with Strength then adds 25/5=5 to his Taijutsu, making it 15.)
Stats
Strength: This is your physical strength. It determines how hard you punch, and how much you can lift. The higher it is, the harder you hit.

Speed: This is how fast you move. It determines whether or not you are fast enough to outrun the enemy, as well as how quickly you strike. The higher it is, the faster you can close large distances.

Acrobatics: This is your flexibility, as well as your agility. This determines how good you are at dodging enemy attacks. The higher it is, the better chance you have of not getting hit.

Endurance: This is your stamina. This determines how long you can fight, and how well you can withstand pain. The higher it is, the harder it is for the enemy to kill you.

Intelligence: This is how smart you are. It is not affected by how much knowledge you have, but is rather how you use it. The higher it is, the easier it is to see through an enemy plot.

Dexterity: This determines how well you can maneuver your hands, as well as how quickly and proficiently you can use hand-seals. The higher it is, the more agile your fingers are.

Ninjutsu: This is how powerful your ninjutsu is. It determines the strength of your techniques, and makes them easier to use.
Taijutsu: This is how powerful your hand-to-hand fighting is. It determines how good you are at fighting someone in unarmed combat.
Genjutsu: This is how powerful your illusionary techniques are. It determines how good the enemy's chakra control has to be in order to escape your illusions.

Pick Pocketing: This is how good you are at stealing from others. This determines whether you succeed or fail at taking what you want, as well as whether or not you get caught.
Sealing: This is how good you are with seals. This determines what sort of seals you can use, how potent they are, and what they can affect.
Wind Elemental Manipulation: This is how good you are at manipulating chakra of the Wind element. This determines what techniques you can use with this element, how much chakra it takes, and how powerful they are.
Earth Elemental manipulation: This is how good you are at manipulating chakra of the Earth element. This determines what techniques you can use with this element, how much chakra it takes, and how powerful they are.
Water Elemental Manipulation: This is how good you are at manipulating chakra of the Water element. This determines what techniques you can use with this element, how much chakra it takes, and how powerful they are.

Kekkei Genkei Perks:
- Kekkei Genkei: Sharingan (Doujutsu):
- The Sharingan (Mirror Wheel Eye) is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai (Bloodline eye technique), which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu, along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is also called "Heaven's Eye" (天眼, Tengan), because of the many abilities it grants the user. The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (Dōsatsugan) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" (Saimingan). The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan.
Prerequisites for gaining the Sharingan:
Have defeated a Sharingan user with three tomoes, a Mangekyou Sharingan user, or an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, or be born with Uchiha blood, and have a near-death encounter.
Note: When gaining the Sharingan, you start with one tomoe. You must train and have a near-death experience to gain another tomoe.
- Kekkei Genkei: Mangekyou Sharingan (Doujutsu):
- The Mangekyō Sharingan (Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye) gives you the ability to control Bijuu. It also grants them you access to other powerful techniques. The Mangekyō Sharingan is distinguished from a normal Sharingan by its appearance, which changes the form of the tomoe seal. Unlike the Sharingan, the appearance of the Mangekyō Sharingan differs from user to user with all known wielders of the dōjutsu having eyes that resemble variations of pinwheels.
The Mangekyou Sharingan strengthens the abilities that the original Sharingan gives you, as well as allows you the usage of genjutsu with only a look in the opponent's eyes. Warning: Overuse of the Mangekyou Sharingan's heightened abilties will cause blindness.
Prerequisites for gaining the Mangekyou Sharigan:
Have a Sharingan eye with 3 tomoe,
and,
Be present for the death of one's best friend or close family,
and,
You must be at least chunin level.
- Kekkei Genkei: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (Doujutsu):
- Over time, use of the Mangekyō Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of another individual with a Mangekyou Sharingan can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the receiver, the better it is for compatibility; siblings, for example, have the lowest rejection rate. The time from fusing the donor's Mangekyō with the receiver's Mangekyō to the point of full recovery is approximately one week.
Not only does this process permanently restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person even greater power. Abilities like Amaterasu and the Blaze Release are yours to control. The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan also changes form from the original, with what appears to be a fusion of the current owner's Mangekyō with the previous owner's.
Prerequisites for gaining Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan:
Have Mangekyou Sharingan,
and,
Take another pair of Mangekyou Sharingan eyes and implant them in yourself.
- Kekkei Genkei: Byakugan (Doujutsu):
- The Byakugan (White Eye) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu, along with the Sharingan and the Rinnegan. Those who inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless, white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. An important thing to note is that any person born from pure Hyuuga blood will always have the Byakugan. The appearance of the Byakugan changes if you gain it through defeating a Hyuuga. Instead of being completely white, your eyes will retain their color and appearance, besides the bulging veins surrounding the eyes.
The primary ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. Upon activation of the dōjutsu, the wielder is granted an automatic 50 meter field of vision around themselves which can then be extended at their discretion. The second ability is being able to see through solid objects, as well as some degree of telescopic sight. It can also see through most barriers, and other things such as smokescreens, differentiate between non-corporeal clones and can see through techniques that would otherwise hide an opponent from normal sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person, and can be improved through training.
Prerequisites for gaining the Byakugan:
Defeat a chunin-level Hyuuga,
or,
Be born with at least one Hyuuga parent.
- Kekkei Genkei: Rinnegan (Doujutsu):
- The Rinnegan (Samsara Eye) is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Dōjutsu. It is characterized by its ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeballs, with light purple irides and sclerae.
The Rinnegan was admired as being able to bring forth all ninjutsu. It was said that in times when the world is in disorder, a person is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world, or a "Destroyer" who will reduce everything to nothingness. The Rinnegan allows the user to use the Six Paths Technique, as well as allows them to master all five chakra elements, and control Bijuu and dead bodies with special chakra receivers. Also, when using chakra receivers on dead bodies and/or Bijuu, said controlled entity's eyes take on the appearance of the Rinnegan, and the original Rinnegan user can see through their eyes.
Prerequisites for gaining the Rinnegan:
Have the Sharingan, or Mangekyou Sharingan,
and,
Have the Byakugan,
and,
Be at least jonin-level,
and,
Defeat someone with the Rinnegan,
and,
Be present for the death of one's best friend or close family member,
and,
Defeat an Uzumaki, or be of Uzumaki lineage, or be of both Uchiha and Hyuuga lineage
and,
Have 150 or higher in all stats.
- Kekkei Genkei: Hyoton (Ice):
- Hyoton (Ice Release) is the advanced nature kekkei genkai of the Yuki clan, and allows the users to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice which they can manipulate through willpower alone. The ice created is highly resistant to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with fire. This Kekkei Genkei allows you powers like Demonic Ice Mirrors, which allow you to create any number of floating mirrors made of ice to use as a shield or trap an opponent. Also, having water nearby helps greatly in fighting, as it takes less chakra to freeze nearby water than it does to create water and then freeze it.

Defeat a Hyoton user,
OR,
Have 50 or higher Wind Elemental Manipulation
and,
Have 50 or higher Water Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 75 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Jiton (Magnet):
- Jiton (Magnet Release) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai which allows the user to convert chakra into magnetic forces and magnetize an object. It is unknown where it originates from but both Sunagakure and Kumogakure possessed users of this kekkei genkai in the past. This allows for the control over a variety of metals, the levels being Steel and Gold.
Prerequisites for Steel Jiton:
Defeat a Jiton user, or a Santon user,
and,
Have 50 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 50 or higher Lightning Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 75 or higher Chakra Control.
Prerequisites for Gold Jiton:
Have unlocked Steel Jiton,
and,
Have 75 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation,

Have 75 or higher Lightning Elemental Manipulation,

- Kekkei Genkei: Yonton (Lava):
- Yōton (Lava Release) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines fire and earth-based chakra to create lava and related substances that can serve multi-faceted purposes. Abilities from this Kekkai Genkei include the ability to manipulate lava with your will, and the ability to launch lava from one's mouth.
Prerequisites for gaining Yonton:
Defeat a Yonton user, or defeat a Shakuton user, or defeat an Enton user,
and,
Have 50 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 75 or higher Fire Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 100 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Enton (Blaze):
- Enton (Blaze Release) is an advanced chakra nature. It is only used by Mangekyou Sharingan users, and it is used when manipulating Amaterasu.
Prerequisites for gaining Enton:
Have a Mangekyou Sharingan eye, or have an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan eye,
and,
Have 125 or higher Fire Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 100 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Futton (Steam):
- Futton (Boil/Steam Release) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai and is made up of techniques that combine fire and water-based chakra to create a powerful corrosive vapor capable of melting anything. The user is also able to control the range and level of the vapour's acidity.
Prerequisites for gaining Futton:
Defeat a Futton user, or defeat both a Shakuton user and a Hyoton user,
OR,
Have 100 or higher Fire Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 100 or higher Water Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 125 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Mokuton (Wood):
- Mokuton (Wood Release) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines earth and water-based chakra natures to create wood, or complete trees. This ability can also be used to create other aspects of trees, such as seeds or even flowering plants. Wood Release techniques can be produced from anywhere, including the user's body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life.
Prerequisites for gaining Mokuton:
Defeat a Senju, or a Mokuton user,
OR,
Have 125 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 125 or higher Water Manipulation,
and,
Have 125 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Shoton (Crystal):
- Shōton (Crystal Release) is a rare and specialized field of elemental ninjutsu that can create crystal as well as manipulate already-existing crystals and crystalline structures. Encasing living organisms in crystal pretty much freezes them in time, keeping them from aging; however, humans stay conscious during the time.
Prerequisites for gaining Shoton:
Defeat a Shoton user,
OR,
Have 175 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 125 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Meiton (Darkness):
- Meiton (Dark Release) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that can be used to absorb, manipulate, and release chakra taken from an opponent through a mark on the palm of one's hand. This mark resembles two diamonds, one overlapping the other. Chakra is absorbed through the upper square, while it is released and manipulated through the lower.
Prerequisites for gaining Meiton:
Defeat a Meiton user,
OR,
Have 200 Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Santon (Sand):
- Santon (Sand Release) is an advanced form of control over sand utilized by the jinchuriki of the Ichibi no Tanuki, and is similar to Jiton. You can manipulate sand with your will alone.
Prerequisites for gaining Santon:
Defeat the jinchuriki of the Ichibi no Tanuki, or be the jinchuriki of the Ichibi no Tanuki,
and,
Have 100 or higher Earth Elemental Manipulation (50 or higher if you are the jinchuriki),
and,
Have 100 or higher Chakra Control (50 or higher if you are the jinchuriki).
- Kekkei Genkei: Bakuton (Explosion):
- Bakuton (Explosion Release) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This chakra nature gives the wielder the ability to utilise explosive chakra in combat, allowing them to cause explosions in objects they come into contact with. This Kekkei Genkai has two levels. The first is the ability to explode objects they touch, and the second is to gather energy into an object, and then use that object as a thrown explosive. For reference, imagine Gambit from the X-Men.
Prerequisites for level 1 Bakuton:
Defeat a Bakton user of either the first or second level,
and,
Have all Elemental Manipulation skills at 75 or higher.
Prerequisites for level 2 Bakuton:
Have level 1 Bakuton,
and,
Have all Elemental Manipulation skills at 100 or higher.
- Kekkei Genkei: Shakuton (Scorch):
- Shakuton (Scorch Release) is an advanced chakra nature kekkei genkai. This nature creates chakra that is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them a desiccated corpse.
Prerequisites for gaining Shakuton:
Defeat a Shakuton user, or an Enton user,
OR,
Have 125 or higher Fire Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 100 or higher Chakra Control.
- Kekkei Genkei: Shikotsumyaku (Bone):
- Shikotsumyaku (Literally meaning "Dead Bone Pulse", or "Corpse Bone Chain") is the kekkei genkai of the extinct Kaguya clan, which gave them the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. This means that they can strengthen their bones to the strength of steel at will, and remove their bones and use them as blades without repercussions.
Prerequisites for gaining Shikotsumyaku:
Defeat a member of the Kaguya Clan, or a Shikotsumyaku user,
and,
Have 100 or higher Taijutsu,
and,
Have 100 or higher Kenjutsu,
and,
Have 125 or higher Endurance.
- Kekkei Genkei: Ranton (Storm):
- Ranton (Storm Release) is an advanced nature kekkei genkai that combines lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy.
Prerequisites for gaining Ranton:
Defeat a Ranton user, or a Kumogakure jonin with a lightning affinity,
OR,
Have 100 or higher Water Elemental Manipulation,
and,
Have 100 or higher Lightning Manipulation.
Stat Perks:
- Stat Perk: Super Strength:
- By manipulating one's chakra and using it to strengthen one's attacks, you can inflict massive amounts of damage through a maximization of physical force; this technique is used by people like Tsunade Senju in the anime in order to do insane tasks of physical strength like creating fissures with a single finger jab into the ground. Stat-wise, this ability will immediately jump your physical strength to 250. You can also gain this technique through rigorous training in a fashion similar to Rock Lee's. If you take the first choice, you immediately jump to 250 strength, but if you lose access to your chakra, it goes down to whatever it was prior to using the technique. If you take the second, then the stat cap for strength is raised to 250, and you can level up the stat to that point. Even without chakra, you would stay at the same strength level.
Note: You can take one form of the perk at one level, and then another at the next, in case you want to have high strength with chakra before training so that you don't need it. If you take both forms of the perk, your strength stat increases twice as fast.

Have 150 or higher Chakra Control,
and,
Have 150 or higher Strength.
Prerequisites for gaining Physical-Based Super Strength:
Have 150 Taijutsu,
and,
Have 200 Strength.
- Stat Perk: Superhuman Speed:
- By channeling your chakra into your legs and using it to increase strength and pushing power in them, you can maximize your speed and go impossibly fast. You can also gain this technique through rigorous training in a fashion similar to Rock Lee's. If you take the first, you get speed very quickly, but you will lose your speed without chakra. With the second option, you don't jump right to 250 and have to actually level up the stat to that point, but you keep it at that level even without chakra.
Note: You can take one form of the perk at one level, and then another at the next, in case you want to have high strength with chakra before training so that you don't need it. If you take both forms of the perk, your Strength stat increases twice as fast.

- Stat Perk: Inhuman Flexibility:
- Through rigorous training, your body has gained the ability to bend almost impossibly, allowing your the cap from your Acrobatics stat to increase to 250. This allows you to out-perform just about any non-specialized ninja in acrobatics and such. The two ways to gain this perk are the same as for the two prior Stat Perks.

- Stat perk: Unending Stamina:
- Through rigorous training, your body has become the epitome of untiring; the cap for this stat raises to 250. When this stat is filled to the max, you could match a Bijuu in terms of stamina. The ways of gaining this stat perk is the same as the others.

- Stat Perk: Infinite Knowledge:
- Through rigorous training, your mind has become the epitome of intellect. The cap for the Intelligence stat raises to 250. When this stat is filled to the max, how well you apply your knowledge will maximize, and you can create just about any technique you could want. Unlike the other stat perks, this perk can only be gained through the one path, which is as follows.
Prerequisites for gaining Infinite Knowledge:
Have 200 Intelligence,

- Stat Perk: Incredible Allure:
- Due to training yourself in how to be most charismatic, the cap for your Charisma stat raises to 250. When this stat is completely maxed out, most people will like you at first glance, and your skills in things like haggling and lying will raise. Like with Stat Perk: Infinite Knowledge, there is only one set of requirements that you can fill.
Prerequisites for gaining Incredible Allure:
Have 200 Charisma,

- Stat Perk: Massive Chakra Reserves:
- Due to extensive training, your chakra reserves have increased to nigh-impossible levels. The cap for your Chakra Reserves raises to 250. When maxed out, you get Chakra Reserves on par with a jinchuriki. Note: If your character is a jinchuriki, then you start with this stat perk.
Prerequisites for Massive Chakra Reserves:
Have 200 Chakra Reserves,

- Stat Perk: Unbelievable Chakra Control:
- Through rigorous training, your control of your chakra matches even a Kage. The cap for your Chakra Control raises to 250. When maxed out, your Chakra Control will match that of a Bijuu. Note: If your character is a jinchuriki, you may not take this perk.

Bonus: After taking this perk, your body heals at a much faster rate. Small cuts will heal within the minute, and you can survive attacks that would normally kill a person.
Bonus 2: This Perk can increase in level to Skill Perk: Instant Regeneration, when used in conjunction with other certain perks.
